The Rise of Generative AI Solutions in Insurance

One of the standout sessions was a discussion I had with Leandro DalleMule, global head of Planck and Elad Tsur, co-founder of Planck and chief AI officer at Applied Systems. In it, we unpacked the latest advancements in generative AI solutions within the insurance industry. While AI is a new concept for many, Elad and Leandro helped us envision the significant benefits AI will bring to agents and carriers with groundbreaking innovation and integration possibilities.

The session concluded with an engaging Q&A session on the rise of generative AI and the possibilities ahead with Ivans, Planck, and Applied.

Breakout Sessions

We had a fantastic afternoon diving into some exciting topics that are making a big impact on our industry. We talked about how digital connectivity is transforming commercial lines, shared tips on getting staff excited about using new technology, and then wrapped up by writing a letter to the Agents Council for Technology. In the letter, we stated our commitment to the betterment of the industry and endorsed it with a group signature.

Ivans agencies, carriers, employees and exhibitors enjoyed an evening of in-person connections outside at Gaylord Opryland's waters edge area during Ivans Connect.
