Ivans Download

Notable updates to Ivans Download™ included the ability to search mailboxes by agency code and export a single transaction from a file. Feedback on the enhancements to Ivans Exchange has been very positive, with comments such as, “Being able to search by a Y account or by agency code is a significant improvement,” and “The 'Search All Mailboxes' feature has saved us a lot of time.”

In 2025, we plan to introduce a policy viewer in mailboxes and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for single sign-on.

Ivans Bookroll

In 2024, we introduced a new carrier interface with a new landing page and a refreshed book roll request, allowing you to select groups rather than individual NAIC codes quickly.
