IVANS

Tara Mondock is IVANS Group Vice President of Healthcare Payer Services. With more than 13 years of client management experience in healthcare administration, automation and technology, she has a keen understanding of the dynamics between healthcare payers and providers. She also has an encyclopedic knowledge of healthcare acronyms. Every day, Tara works hand-in-hand with these constituencies to understand their workflows and to implement more efficient ways of doing business - including working with green screens, if that's what is required.

Prior to her current position, Tara was IVANS director of sales for the Eastern region of the United States and was one of the top-producing sales executives in IVANS history. Tara has been with IVANS since 1995, and before joining the company, worked for IBM in the customer care division.

Tara earned a bachelor's degree from Western Carolina University.
