IVANS

Clare DeNicola was named IVANS president & chief executive officer and appointed to the board of directors in March 2004. As president and CEO, Clare drives the company to achieve its strategic objectives by promoting a corporate culture that rewards strong industry knowledge, excellent customer support, and the ability to get things done. Throughout her career, Clare has built winning strategies because of her tenacity for digging into the details to understand the needs of the market. Not surprisingly, Clare spends much of her time reaching out to customers, investors, analysts, and IVANS employees to assess new business opportunities that would add value to IVANS customers and to our business.

Prior to being named president and CEO, Clare was senior vice president at IVANS. In this role, she expanded IVANS network solutions to provide value-added services beyond the network, including customized reporting, dedicated account support, and one-invoice billing. Clare has been with IVANS since 1997.

Before coming to IVANS, she was vice president of GCI Group, a New York-based public relations firm and a division of Grey Advertising. Clare is a graduate of Lehigh University and received her MBA from Fordham University.
