IVANS

Alex Edgemon joined IVANS in August 2006 as director of human resources and administration. He is responsible for fully-leveraging the talents of IVANS employee base to deliver great services to our customers. To do so, Alex manages the company's recruitment efforts, compensation programs, training and development, performance programs, and measurement of our customer satisfaction index. Alex and Clare work closely together to ensure IVANS constantly reinforces our industry and customer-focused culture.

Before joining IVANS, Alex spent 18 years with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts in Florida where he facilitated the strategic alignment of the sales organizations for Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line and Disney's national sales offices. Alex was also a training consultant at Disney University where he implemented a sales training program that produced a $12 million dollar return on investment during the first year.

Alex is nationally certified in HR through the Human Resource Certification Institute.
