The Director of Partnership Sales manages a sales team to drive sales through business partners. The Director is responsible for establishing the strategy for targeting healthcare vendors as potential partners to promote IVANS healthcare solutions. The Director will work with the vendors to integrate IVANS solution and drive additional sales. The Director provides training, coaching and day-to-day management and direction of a sales representative. The Director is responsible for reporting and forecasting sales targets and exposures and developing plans to grow revenue through business partnerships. The Director is also responsible for identifying new business partner opportunities and market segments. The Director must develop strong relationships with business partners. Director is also responsible for strategic sales initiatives, compensation, quota setting, year-end planning, and regular account reviews and reporting to Management. Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required. Understanding of the healthcare industry and the administration process required. Must possess command of basic sales skills, including presentation and communication, negotiation, relationship management. 5-7 years sales and sales management experience required. Management capabilities, including coaching, training, and organization, are required. Experience managing channel/partner relations required. Must have excellent analytical, writing, organization and verbal communication skills.
